Shaun has been in real estate for the last 15 years. He assembled the team when he realized doing everything himself was almost impossible. After his start, he found out people needed a one-stop-shop for their real estate needs. He wants his customers to get the best service and be 100% comfortable throughout the entire process.  To do that, he continues to look for quality people to work with.

Josh has a strong personality and a true passion for painting. He has been involved in the construction trade for 20+ years. He also has a great eye and diverse contacts in, waste removal, HVAC, Plumbing, landscapers, and anyone else we might need.  He will work day and night to complete a project.  Nothing will stop him from going the extra mile to complete a  project on time. 

With the demand for our ever-changing needs for the majority of our current properties and upcoming items, we have been working with a skilled local construction company for years.  Shaun has had a business relationship with Woods Construction for over 20 years. Bringing these two powerhouse companies together no project is impossible.
